Michael Chen-Young – AlignIQ, LLC, President. Mr. Chen-Young has over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries overseeing business strategy and execution with integrated performance management across multiple areas such as finance, capital markets, risk, operations, technology and data. He currently leads AlignIQ’s advisory services in helping clients improve their overall performance management with integrated forecasting, reporting and analysis leveraging various CPM & BI platforms. Mr. Chen-Young has Master’s and PhD degrees in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Economics from the College of William & Mary.
