JHUAN's 2022 Impact Awardee, Brian P. Anderson, (husband of Hope Anderson) has supported JHUAN since it’s inception. Brian was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baxter International and prior to joining Baxter spent 15 years with Deloitte as an Audit Partner. Mr. Anderson was also recognized for his achievements in the Fortune magazine’s “Top 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in Corporate America” and was the inaugural recipient of the “Chief Financial Officer of the Year” awarded by the Chicago chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. The husband-wife IMPACT duo are both a force and have recently adopted a Primary School in Mrs. Anderson’s hometown in Pike, Manchester (close to Christiana). They have made several upgrades to the school and donations to the computer labs. They are both alumni of Howard University and supporters of programs to help propel the Jamaican diaspora.
